In 30 October 2014 the authorized signatory of Assertum Audit OÜ, Mr Priit Möldre was elected as a member of Auditing Activities Oversight Board at the Estonian Auditors’ Association annual meeting. His actual duty starts in March 2015. The term is five years. Congratulations!
First Summer Seminar of Estonian Accountants took place in August 15th til 16th 2014 at Varemurru recreation centre, Estonia. The joint seminar was organised by Estonian Auditor’s Association, Estonian Association of Accountants and The Institute of Internal Auditors – Estonia.

Our employee, Mrs Marvi Meriniit, gains Master in Business Administration (Financial Management) degree at Tartu University on 29 January 2014 with research topic “Detection of Possible Fraud on Basis of Non-profit Organisations’ Financial Statements”. Congratulations! 
We are delighted to announce that our partner, Mr. Sergei Tšistjakov, was appointed the CEO of the Estonian Association of Auditors as from 1 August 2013. According to mutual agreement Mr. Sergei Tšistjakov is not providing auditing services as authorized representative of Assertum Audit OÜ during duration of job agreement with Estonian Association of Auditors.
