On 23 September 2013 three Estonian audit firms – 1st Audit OÜ, ENABLE OÜ and KMRA Audiitorbüroo OÜ, signed a merger agreement and since 15 November 2013 the merged entity  operates under the name of Assertum Audit OÜ.

The staff of Assertum Audit OÜ includes five certified public accountants – management board member Ellen Asumets, shareholders and management board members Mai Palmipuu and Sergei Tšistjakov, authorized signatory Priit Möldre, and Merili Pruuel.

Assertum Audit OÜ has been in Estonian audit market since November 2003 (Commercial Registry entry has been recorded on 21 November 2003). Among founders were current members of our staff – Mr Priit Möldre and Mr Sergei Tšistjakov. Our clients include private companies from different industries as well as public sector entities (e.g. local governments and other state institutions), non-profit associations and foundations.

Although our working language is Estonian, our staff can communicate in everyday business matters in English, German, Russian or Finnish, if necessary.

Our aim is to offer high-value professional services. Assertum Audit OÜ have received the highest quality review grades from the Estonian Association of Auditors.
